Challenge
The briefing requested that the beer label incorporate references to the creator’s family, ensuring it stood out from other products in the market.
Solution
I developed a traditional-style label, distinguishing it from other craft beers that often feature caricatured illustrations. I used family crests and square fonts for a more distinguished look.

Approach
Market research on beer consumption was conducted, along with in-depth research on the family surname, where I discovered the family crest, castle, and other references to incorporate into the design.

Design decisions
The family crest and an illustration of the family’s actual castle were featured prominently on the label.
Warm colors, along with black and gold, were used to convey a sense of luxury and value for the brand.
A cost-effective solution was implemented with the creation of a neck label that provided flavor information, allowing the same design to be used for the main label and reducing printing costs.

Result
The client was extremely satisfied with the label design, receiving positive feedback from consumers who were drawn to the product because of its eye-catching label. The unique flavor of the beer further strengthened the brand, leading to significant sales success and market recognition.
